Monthly Service Charge- In addition to the charges determined from the contact rates, each residential customer, and space-heating Customer of up to 4,000 square feet, must pay a monthly service charge of $8.00 per each billing month. Each commercial Customer must pay a monthly service charge of $35.00 per month and all other Customers must pay $75.00 per month.
