Navitas Natural Gas Utility New Service Expansion Program
May 22, 1976<p class="plain">Navitas Utility is expanding natural gas service in Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Kentucky. </p><div class="plain"><br></div><div align="center" class="plain"><img width="400"//0104.nccdn.net/1_5/19e/038/259/Navitas-Natural-Gas-Utility-Expanding-Service-In-Tennessee-And-Kentucky.jpg?>' size="400" border="0" src="https://0201.nccdn.net/4_2/000/000/038/2d3/IMG_4983.PNG#RDAMDAID16956858"><br></div><div align="center" class="plain">Propane To Natural Gas Conversion In Albany Kentucky</div><div align="center" class="plain">(September 2016)</div><div align="center" class="plain"><br></div><div align="left" class="plain">To encourage customers to convert from propane to natural gas, Navitas Utility has incentivized new pipeline construction to homes and businesses currently without gas service. </div><div align="left" class="plain"><br></div><div align="left" class="plain"><b>Kentucky and Tennessee Propane To Natural Gas Conversion Incentive:</b></div><div align="left" class="plain"><br></div><div align="left" class="plain">Any home or business within 100 feet of an existing Navitas Utility natural gas distribution pipeline will pay nothing for a service line to be built and connected to their property. This excludes the normal new customer security deposit mandated by the state tariff, road bores, or river crossings. </div><div align="left" class="plain"><br></div><div align="left" class="plain"><b>Oklahoma Propane To Natural Gas Conversion Incentive:</b></div><div align="left" class="plain"><br></div><div align="left" class="plain">Any home or business within 200 feet of an existing Navitas Utility natural gas distribution pipeline will pay nothing for a service line to be built and connected to their property. This excludes the normal new customer security deposit mandated by the state tariff, road bores, or river crossings. <br></div><div align="left" class="plain"><b><br></b></div><div align="left" class="plain"><b>For New Service Over The Allotted No Charge Amount:</b></div><div align="left" class="plain"><br></div><div align="left" class="plain">If the distance is greater than the allotted amount indicated above (based on state), there will be a $500 construction deposit required for up to an additional 200 feet (maximum of 300 feet in Tennessee and Kentucky | maximum of 400 feet in Oklahoma).
